Our Story

From humble shop
to global supplier.

Maverick Engineering was founded in 2012 by two young entrepreneurs with a vision to become a global leader in the Automobile components business. At Maverick, we possess a state of the art machine shop of 13,000 sq. ft equipped with all the modern CNC machines and a dedicated department and equipments for quality control. Company was started with a mission to 'machining innovation' and thrive on solving new challenges everyday.

In 2015, the company diversified its product portfolio by catering services to Aerospace, Agricultural, Hydraulic, Oil & Gas and other niche market multinational companies across the globe.

Starting from a humble machine shop which consisted of 2 CNC machines and a handful of conventional drill and lathe machines, today Maverick is synonymous with quality and precision.

At Maverick, we practice a flexible approach to cater to our customers' complete requirement providing a one-stop-shop solution with a basket of various processes ranging from Forging-Machining, Casting-Machining, Bar Machining, Surface Grinding (Flat / OD / ID), Drilling, Heat Treatment, Spline Cutting / Broaching & Surface Treatments.

Viranch Andipara

CEO & Director

A mechanical enthusiast with over 15 years of experience, Viranch specialises in manufacturing for a cross-section of clientele; from automobile to aerospace, hydraulics and robotics. His range of work spans corporate profiles, websites, annual reports and brand identities. Viranch is also a board member for various industrial organisations, in & around. For Maverick, he leads all the financials and operational side of it. In his free time, Viranch explores off-the-map destinations in India and around the world. He is an avid sports fan.

Kaushal Thakkar

Founder & Director

Kaushal established Maverick as a CNC machine shop in 2011. As Director, he provides strategic direction for company growth and is responsible for all the R&D and NPD. Kaushal advocates a style of working that's responsive, collaborative and transparent. He has grown the business on these principles by successfully partnering with clients to enhance their competitive advantage in the global marketplace. Outside the office, Kaushal spearheads several corporate-social initiatives through Rotary Rajkot Midtown, especially in the area of education and urban forestry. In his free time, Kaushal is an avid wildlife enthusiast, birder and a gamer.
